أَلَمْ نَخْلُقْكُمْ مِنْ مَاءٍ مَهِينٍ ٢٠
Have We not created you from a fluid (held) despicable?-
77:21
فَجَعَلْنَاهُ فِي قَرَارٍ مَكِينٍ ٢١
The which We placed in a place of rest, firmly fixed,
77:22
إِلَىٰ قَدَرٍ مَعْلُومٍ ٢٢
For a period (of gestation), determined (according to need)?
77:23
فَقَدَرْنَا فَنِعْمَ الْقَادِرُونَ ٢٣
For We do determine (according to need); for We are the best to determine (things).
77:24
وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِلْمُكَذِّبِينَ ٢٤
Ah woe, that Day! to the Rejecters of Truth!
